We guarantee that the product is shipped in neutral wrappings. The packaging does not reveal the identity of the contents. We know that our customers place great emphasis on discretion and fully appreciate this.

Nor does the invoice provide any indication of the ordered product. The product will be described on the invoice as an “extension device”.

We attach great importance to security and data protection: your data will be managed on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. Without your express consent you will never receive advertising or unsolicited messages from us. It goes without saying that we will not pass your data on to other vendors. You have our word on it. For many years we have had satisfied customers who understandably place great emphasis on discretion.

You may, of course, make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days. We will take back all unused articles (in original wrappings please) without the statement of a reason if returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
