Penis enlargement surgery | Penis lengthening | Penis widening
Jede Operation birgt Risiken
In penis expansion surgery the penis is not truly enlarged. It is only extricated from inside the body, i.e. the course of the penis is changed. This creates the effect of a somewhat larger penis.
In this operation the penis is detached from the suspensory ligaments, drawn out to the front and reattached. The surgeon can only extricate what is concealed inside, normally 2-6 cm. The enlargement is, however, only evident in a flaccid state; in an erect state there is hardly any difference in the size.
Prior to surgery the patient does not know by how many centimetres the penis can be extricated.
After surgery the penis may possibly return to its original size due to the tension exerted by the scar. To prevent this, the use of a penis extender is recommended after surgery.
Penis enlargement surgery is only recommended by very few specialists for plastic surgery. The reason is that the method has not yet been perfected and the complications have not yet been adequately researched. As in any operation, complications may occur during penis enlargement surgery, e.g. infections and impaired sensitivity. The expectations with which many men undergo this type of surgery are often not fulfilled.
A thickening of the penis (penis widening) requires a further operation, which of course involves further complications. Many men are not prepared to take the risk involved with surgery. That is only natural. Phallostretch achieves penis enlargement the gentle way. Try it out!
